Likes: Art, plants, travel, reading, anything DIY, hiking, exercise, and spending time with loved ones. Dislikes: being in a rush, dishonesty, bitter coffee and bitter people. Cathy was born and raised in Austin and eventually settled in Round Rock where she raised her 3 children. She enjoys spending time with her kids and grandkids and loves to travel. Cathy studied visual communications and graphic design and has worked in marketing and advertising for 16+ years including owning her own ad agency for 8 of those years. Cathy started volunteering at the age of 19 for various organizations focusing on women and children, including 7 years in leadership with the Junior League. She feels her role as the National Marketing Director has given her the ability to continue to support important social issues on a much bigger scale and felt called to contribute her many years of experience to the important work that is being achieved through the National Angels organization. |
