Erika Carley is an impact-driven nonprofit operations strategist. In her 14-years of nonprofit development and management experience, she has implemented long-term strategies for business development, revenue generation, partnerships, and donor stewardship resulting in industry-leading retention rates. Over the course of her career, she has launched programs, campaigns, and events that have raised tens of millions of dollars to support overlooked and underfunded causes. She has served as Director of Advancement for AdoptTogether, Senior Director of Operations for Chive Charities, VP of Philanthropy for Have Faith Haiti, and has partnered with more than 40 organizations through her work with P.A.C.E., a private foundation. Erika is a frequent speaker on building monthly giving programs and strategies for donor acquisition, stewardship, and retention. She has been a featured guest on podcasts including Funraise's Nonstop Nonprofit, Dana Synder's Missions to Movements, Andrew Olsen's Rainmaker Podcast, and Rhea Wong's Nonprofit Lowdown. Erika is thrilled to join National Angels. She is passionate about supporting children experiencing foster care and the families who give them a home. She is dedicated to growing and scaling National Angels' reach to ensure that all who experience foster care are served with wrap-around care by 2050 – and is honored to partner with both the National team and Angel chapters across the United States until every child is reached. |
