Indu serves as the Chapter Success Manager with over 25 years of experience in People Operations, including 10 years at Google. Indu brings a strong background in scalable systems, team coaching, and organizational strategy. She thrives in spaces where clarity, alignment, and humanity intersect.

Born in Jamshedpur, India, Indu moved to California in 1999 before settling in Austin. She holds a degree in Biology and an MBA in HR. Her journey with Austin Angels began when she attended a gala in 2023 that moved her deeply, and what started as volunteer work quickly became a calling. Today, she partners with Executive Directors across the country, helping them lead effectively and scale their local impact.

Indu brings cultural sensitivity, lived experience, and a personal commitment to mission-driven work. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, sharing a glass of wine or whiskey with her husband, and spending time with their son and puppy. Her tattoos represent the people and values closest to her heart. She is a color-coordinated family photo veteran and a sucker for a witty sense of humor!
