He services, troubleshoots, and provides technical support to many different RO plants across the Gulf states where he interfaces with operators and other engineers to maximize these sites’ performances. He is also a licensed water treatment plant operator and he participates in teaching and instructing classes annually about membrane technology and fluids separation to strengthen this industry and his fellow operators. Kirk was born on the island of Jamaica and at a young age, emigrated with his family to Florida. He has now lived in the Austin, TX area for over a decade with Tonya, his wife of 17 years and two sons, Kerrick (14) and Kyler (12). He considers himself a family man living life as a believer in Christ and raising his sons while leading by example with love, grace, and strong work ethic as he and his wife try to balance their life between humility and being busy in today’s world. Kirk spends his free time with his family, participating in their sons’ sports, music, and teaching them how to live healthy lives by being a part of the outdoors. He credits his wife for bringing them to Austin Angels, where she has supported their cause in the foster care system and he wants everyone to know that she is the heart and soul who has anchored their awesome family. |
