Steve Teodecki, a native of suburban Detroit, grew up alongside his three sisters. He pursued his education at the University of Pennsylvania, where he excelled as a four-year letterman on the football team while earning a degree from the prestigious Wharton School of Business with a focus on accounting. Steve kick-started his career at Arthur Andersen, where he honed his skills for six years before embarking on a 20-year journey with PulteGroup. During his tenure, he held various leadership positions, including Texas and Central Area President.

Currently, Steve leads 929 Capital & Consulting, LLC, where he channels his passions for real estate investment and philanthropy to address society's most pressing challenges. Alongside his professional endeavors, Steve finds joy in his family life, having been happily married to his wife, Amanda, for 18 years, and raising twin sons, Miles and Grant. In his leisure time, he indulges in working out, golfing, traveling, and coaching his boys.
